I love that this scene juxtaposes Diana's innocence and horror to the situation with Steve's resigned realism. They're both heroes.

0:30 Steve was telling her the whole movie that this is human nature. The movie would've been a 10/10 if the ending was different. Instead of everyone stopping the fight after Ares defeat, they would have continued and Diana would've woken up to the reality of mankind.
