The Wasp Trailer Sets Release Date for Naomie Harris & Natalie Dormer Thriller

Shout! Studios has released The Wasp trailer for the upcoming psychological thriller, starring Oscar nominee Naomie Harris and Game of Thrones vet Natalie Dormer.

“The film is a sharp, twisty tale about two estranged childhood friends, Heather (Harris) and Carla (Dormer), who reunite for a cup of tea after not having spoken in many years,” reads the synopsis. “At their meeting, Heather presents a very unexpected proposition that will change their lives forever.”

When is the release date for The Wasp movie?

Following its world premiere at the 2024 Tribeca Film Festival last month, The Wasp has now been scheduled to arrive in select theaters starting on August 30, 2024. Ahead of its theatrical release, the film has a perfect Tomatometer score on Rotten Tomatoes.

The film is directed by Guillem Morales from a screenplay written by Morgan Lloyd Malcom, based on her acclaimed play of the same name. It is described as an emotionally intense psychological thriller that will keep you on the edge of your seat until the final frame.
