Originally in NWH, we were supposed to see Doctor Strange and Tom Holland's Spider-Man fighting as they go across the multiverse in various scenes from Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield's films. This was one of the scenes where they would appear. Holland's Spider-Man and Doctor Strange would each grab a metal pole and use them basically as lightsabers dueling. It would certainly agitate Venom the whole time. Just imagine Holland seeing Venom roaring and he shouts "WHOA, OH MY GOD!"
His new look today is such an upgrade, despite the mediocre writing 😂

I prefer Peter sacrificing himself for Harry instead, cuz that would show Harry how much Peter cared for him and remind him a bit of Peter's sight of Norman's death plus marking the End of Spider-Man who with last strength throws the pumpkin bomb, he killed Venom with, to Harry who would kill it instead and be Peter's successor as a hero. That would have been the perfect way to end Raimi's Story in my view.

If Peter and Harry saved Eddie and Peter apologized to him and gave him proofs that there really was a black Spider-Man, so Eddie would get his job and everything back and sees the havoc he, Venom and Sandman have caused in the climax and that his wish of Peter dying truly happened, maybe he might feel remorse after being saved and helped by the one he wished to die
We would see Harry, MJ and Aunt May at Peter's grave in the final shot of the movie

I feel like Venom should have been a bit bigger in this film not too big but just big enough because we all know that in some appearances Venom is really large but then again if they did make venom bulkier in the film it would probably restrict the actors movements but I think making Venom a little bit bulkier would have made up for the fact that Spider-Man 3 was a financial failure because if they were going to include Venom in this film I feel like he should have been a little bit bigger
