In April 2021, Lucci was one of the several individuals indicted on the charges of racketeering and possessing a firearm while committing a felony. According to the Atlanta Police Department, Lucci was a member of a street gang known as the Bloods. However, Findling said that he was innocent of the charges brought against him.
