Revolver is an upcoming crime-action Korean movie starring renowned South Korean actor Ji Chang-Wook. It is all set to make its debut in theaters in South Korea on Wednesday, August 7, 2024. Oh Seung-Uk has acted as the director of the highly anticipated film. Meanwhile, Han Jae-Deok has served as the producer, and PLUSM Entertainment is the distributor of Revolver.
The film will see actor Ji Chang-Wook play a menacing and villainous new character named Andy. Other than him, the main cast list for the new movie also stars critically acclaimed Secret Sunshine actress Jeon Do-Yeon and The Glory actress Im Ji-Yeon.

Helmed by Oh Seung-Uk, the 2024 Korean movie Revolver centers around the themes of betrayal and revenge. It will chronicle the thrilling story of a police detective named Ha Soo-Young who gets herself convicted in someone else’s place. She expects a good amount of compensation after her release from prison. Someone had made the promise to compensate her properly for her time behind prison bars.
On the day Ha Soo-Young gets released from prison, a suspicious woman, Jung Yoon-Sun, arrives there to escort her. Soon, Soo-Young learns that the compensation, which is rightfully hers, is no longer in the picture. Thus, she decides to embark on a quest to reclaim the promised compensation.
She goes on to find out who is behind all this. It is none other than a vicious man named Andy. Soo-Young then begins her pursuit to seek revenge on Andy for betraying her by not keeping the promise. Thus, the Korean revenge movie Revolver will take the audience on an action-packed, electrifying ride.
As mentioned earlier, actor Ji Chang-Wook will portray one of the lead characters, Andy, in the film. Meanwhile, actress Jeon Do-Yeon will play another central character, the vengeful police detective Ha Soo-Young. Actress Im Ji-Yeon will portray the pivotal role of the mysterious woman named Jung Yoon-Sun.
