  14. In case you guys didn’t know, Adam Wingard said in the commentary that King Kong, wasn’t trying to fight Godzilla as we see.
    But as Godzilla delivered the Supplex on him Kong definitely lost his cool then started pounding Godzilla on the ground. it’s very surprising to see Godzilla not being stunned any of those punches. Surprisingly, Godzilla was never knocked out after the last punch, he was dazed completely!

    2:02 in case you guys catch this nice detail the ground where Kong was on his back completely collapsed absorbing the impact of Godzilla stomp. Whereas is the last film Kong was on a solid ground thus the impact there what’s much more worse.

    Plus, there was a storyboard that shows that Kong block Godzilla’s atomic breath this club that which is by further most dumbest choice, they could’ve went through.

    Because Godzilla’s atomic breath can burn literally through anything and the fact they cannot burn through metal like Kong space club is kind of dumb and inconsistent. So I’m glad that it didn’t made it to the final film.

    We can all agree that Kong didn’t have that beast glove he would have less chances of beating Godzilla.

  15. Seeing these big three together for the first time was such an awesome moment of cinematic history.

    I love this franchise and the whole time I was watching this movie. I don’t think I stopped smiling once.

  35. This scene, or more specifically, this moment (2:55) perfectly encapsulates the main reason why I hate this movie.

    Here we see Godzilla, King Kong, and Mothra all sharing a scene together for the first time. Three icons of the Kaiju genre, this should be huge. This should be a moment that will echo in film history forever, but it isn't because its just hollow.

    There's no gravitas or substance, nor grand spectacle to wow the audience's socks off. It's just a hollow empty scene because that's what this movie is. Hollow and Empty like a product.

    No different than an action figure playset you'd buy at the average Target or Walmart.
