Exclusive Solar System Trailer Previews Nova’s Trip Through Space

ComingSoon is debuting an exclusive Solar System trailer, previewing the upcoming epic five-part series about the celestial neighborhood that Earth is a part of, from BBC Studios and Nova.

What happens in the Solar System trailer?

The Solar System trailer dives into, as its name suggests, the history and ongoings of the eight planets that make up our solar system. Ranging from the weather of planets to their specific geographical activities, each episode of Solar System will center around a different topic of the planets that we’re surrounded by.

Solar System comes from BBC Studios and Nova, a popular science television program that broadcasts on PBS in the United States and has won countless television awards. The series premieres on October 2, 2024, at 9:00 p.m. ET on PBS.

Solar System delves into the latest scientific discoveries to uncover the greatest mysteries of our planetary community, with each episode centered around demystifying a different topic – ranging from weather to volcanoes and ice – that relates to all of the planets.”
