In Superhero movies slow motion only affects whatever the plot allows it to. Just like the flash TV show when he’s running faster than the speed of light in a straight direction and always remains within city limits when in reality if an object is going that fast it would probably end up in a different continent moving for longer than a few seconds

most person here telling that the slowmo doesn't has logic to make sense. yeah it's kind of a true but thing is that the guy with gun actually makes balck adam rageful by reminding him his past, so because of that after stopping the bullet he's become crazy and wants to make everything in ash around him just like he did before. So, that's why the guy get enough time to drop the gun & put the crown on his head. black adam is more like hulk, when he's angry, his intelligence & focus stop working for sometime. he just become brutal in that moment. that's why he told after when he get calmed "It wasn't the bullet, It was me"..
