This became true when I witness my employer at the time having to deal with Philadelphia Union Members and Teamsters. Almost every job that we did at the hotels and convention center had to be in the hand of Stage Hands and Teamsters.

It's funny just how accurate this was for me when I went to Business school. There were two types of professors; Career business professors, and people they hired to teach that had real world experience. The best ones by far were the latter.
