Anime ‘Harmony of Mille-Feuille’ revealed the First Key Visual!

We are delighted to reveal the teaser visual for the anime ‘Harmony of Mille-Feuille’!

Starting in April 2022, ‘Harmony of Mille-Feuille’ has gained attention for its outstanding a
cappella performances and high-quality storytelling, with an anime adaptation already
confirmed for 2025.

The first key visual for the anime has been released. The expressions of the members of the
Temarizawa High School A Cappella Club reveal their personalities, and the background
features power lines resembling a staff and cherry blossoms that look like musical notes,
creating a vibrant visual that evokes a sense of new beginnings.

Executive director is Takuya Satō, known for works like ‘Strawberry Marshmallow‘ and
‘STEINS;GATE‘, while the animation production is handled by Jumondo, known for titles like
‘Don’t Hurt Me, My Healer!‘ and ‘Villainess Level 99: I May Be the Hidden Boss but I’m Not the
Demon Lord’. The official website has also released the character designs for the anime, so

A cappella × High School Girls × Complexes

Using their own voices as instruments,
music created solely through multiple voices—
that’s “a cappella.”

In a world where voices clash,
harmony and communication are paramount.
This music project focuses on a cappella,
depicting the youth and daily lives of high school girls
alongside the growth of voice actors who are a cappella beginners.

■STORY
――― You don’t have to shine to have youth.
First-year high school student Uta Komaki loves to sing, but she’s extremely shy, timid, and a bit
of a coward. She wants to join the light music club for her high school debut, but she’s too
intimidated by the dazzling presence of the members to submit her application.

In her moment of despair, she receives an invitation to join the a cappella club from the
president, Airi Kojo…

The a cappella club is filled with unique individuals—some might say they’re a bit odd. Even if
they’re not flashy or popular, there’s a special kind of youth that connects through their voices,
creating something truly unique.
