In an explosive new trailer, Survios revealed that Zula Hendricks is the hero of Alien: Rogue Incursion, voiced by Emmy Award winner Andia Winslow. Players will step into fearless Zula’s boots to battle Xenomorphs and beyond in a terrifying original Alien storyline from Survios.

Alien: Rogue Incursion is being helmed by the virtual reality studio Survios, whose other works include The Walking Dead: Onslaught, Westworld: Awakening, and Creed: Rise to Glory.

Alien games have had a checkered past, but more recent examples have been among the best. Those include the classic Alien: Isolation, Aliens: Fireteam Elite, and action strategy game Aliens: Dark Descent. Rogue Incursion represents the first fully-fledged Alien VR game.

The panel at Comic Con also revealed two additional videos. One on the Xenomorphs in the game and their new dynamic spawning system. The other is a weapons and gear guide. Those will be coming to the general public soon.

It could be a good year for Alien fans, with Fede Alvarez’s movie Alien: Romulus hitting the big screen next month. An Alien TV show titled Alien: Earth is currently in post-production.

Alien: Rogue Incursion launches Holiday 2024. You can wishlist now on PlayStation VR2, Steam, and Meta Quest 3.
