The chapter continued to show Arthur starting his speech to the citizens. He told them about the ultimatum given to them to give up the royal family in exchange for a pardon. He assured the people that every member would fight till their last breath for the sake of Dicathen. The citizens cheered as Sylvie transformed to round out Arthurs’s speech.
