Not a very good sniper.
The drone control is just made for dramatics based on the villain and I bet was improvised by the actor himself who is definitely woke, it bases even the drone mechanics on the villain waving his hands around like he is doing some kind of ritualistic dance. 100% narcissistic and nonsensical. This movie would have been great other than the villain woke actor having director privileges.
