Milan Records Releases New Music from the Summer Anime Season Including Opening and Ending Themes to Oshi no Ko, NieR:Automata Ver1.1a & Tower of God

On May 26, the first promotional video for OSHI NO KO Season 2 was released, featuring the opening theme song “Fatal,” performed by GEMN, whose members’ identities were undisclosed. Shortly afterward, a mysterious official website with multiple countdowns was launched. Weekly updates have since revealed new details, including visuals of GEMN without showing their faces, the lyrics for the TV-sized version of “Fatal” and liner notes by OSHI NO KO creators Aka Akasaka and Mengo Yokoyari. Public speculation about GEMN‘s members continued until their identities were finally unveiled during the screening event for the first episode of OSHI NO KO season 2, held on June 30. GEMN, who performs the opening theme song, “Fatal,” for the TV anime OSHI NO KO Season 2, set to air on July 3, consists of Kento Nakajima and Tatsuya Kitani.

Rising J-rock band hitsujibungaku‘s new song “Burning” will be the ending theme to Season 2 of the breakout anime hit OSHI NO KO. The track arrives on the heels of the group’s Viral Hit “more than words,” the ending theme to the latest season of Jujutsu Kaisen.
