This movie was so bad, this death was so dumb as well, you are telling me the two sibling characters both get stabbed in the same spot and both survive? Amber wasn't that scary a villain imo, most of the cast would be able to take her 1 on 1, unarmed and not find it that challenging.

Dewey wasn’t my favorite character in the SCREAM franchise, but what is disgusting is that he was helping Sam (who’s dad and friend killed his sister in the original) and helping Richie (who ended up being the killer later on) I still think Dewey should have died in SCREAM 2 by Mrs. Loomis instead of bratty/whining Amber.
