For anyone who didn't understand why this scene is like this, it's because when Flash operates at super-speed, he's essentially manipulating time from his perspective, moving in what appears to others as slow motion. Moving another person at this speed can be incredibly dangerous without the right precautions. The human body isn't built to withstand such rapid acceleration and deceleration, which could result in serious injuries. He would rather keep them safe than risk unintended consequences. That's how it's different to quicksilver who can easily transfer one person from A to B. Flash is actually very well written while Marvel made quicksilver so powerful they had to kill him just so he doesn't ruin the plot.

The lack of a song (a la Boom and Catch Me When I’m Falling in Sonic and Time In A Bottle and Sweet Dreams in X-Men) makes this scene feel like it’s missing something.

Quicksilver saving people is better than this crap.
If they sped up the speed of this scene of flash, it would've looked alot better and would've complimented the 3d animation of the CG alot better.
It would have been better if they played a song like "Sweet Dreams" or "Time in a Bottle"
