Episode 5 of Only Murders in the Building Season 4 resumed Charles, Mabel, and Oliver’s investigation of Sazz’s murder. In the end, Charles realizes that his timeline of Sazz’s murder must have been incorrect. Further, Mabel is seen going through the pictures he took the previous day to find a clue in the case. She discovers that a shoeprint left on one of the dirty mats at the film’s photo shoot is similar to one found in Dudenoff’s apartment.

Mabel quickly joins the dots, indicating that the killer was present at the production offices and might show up at the photoshoot, where the trio is invited. The team leaves for the photoshoot, where Mabel takes Eva Longoria’s help to get the dirty mats so that they can find the matching footprint. Later, Charles bumps into Eugene Levy, leading to an awkward argument. This makes him realize that the two killers are working together.

Did Tawny kill Sazz in Only Murders in the Building Season 4?

At the end of episode 5, Charles tells Mablel that two killers might be working together to prove his timeline.
