Lioness Season 2 Trailer Previews Zoe Saldaña Spy Thriller’s Paramount+ Return
Paramount+ has shared the official Lioness Season 2 trailer for the upcoming return of the spy thriller drama, which hails from Yellowstone creator Taylor Sheridan. The next installment is expected to premiere on Sunday, October 27.

Who is in the Lioness Season 2 trailer?
The video provides viewers with a glimpse of Zoe Saldaña and Nicole Kidman‘s return as Joe and Kaitlyn, respectively. The trailer also features Oscar winner Morgan Freeman as U.S. Secretary of the State Edwin Mullins and Emmy nominee Michael Kelly as CIA Deputy Director Byron Westfield. Additional cast includes Laysla De Oliveira as Sergeant Cruz Manuelos, Dave Annable, Jill Wagner as Bobby, Dave Annable as Neil, LaMonica Garrett as Tucker, James Jordan as Two Cups, and more.
“As the CIA’s fight against terror moves closer to home, Joe, Kaitlyn, and Byron enlist a new Lioness operative to infiltrate a previously unknown threat,” reads the logline. “With pressure mounting from all sides, Joe is forced to confront the profound personal sacrifices she has made as the leader of the Lioness program.”
Lioness is created and executive produced by Sheridan, who has also worked with Paramount+ on a number of shows, including Mayor of Kingstown, 1923, and the upcoming Landman. In addition to leading the cast, Saldaña and Kidman are also serving as executive producers, alongside Wagner, David C. Glasser, Ron Burkle, Bob Yari, David Hutkin, David Lemanowicz, Geyer Kosinski, Michael Friedman, and Keith Cox.
