Y'know I never realized that they just sort of assumed the Xenomorph had acid blood too and it wasn't just the Facehugger. Something I like about Romulus is how much alien acid is used in that film and played with.

Acid does neutralize over time. It doesn't eat things indefinitly. At least in the original move they had it stop. In the newer movies it wouldn't stop eating indefinitly.

As much as I adore this movie, there’s two things about this scene that have always irritated me. One, why is it that Ash is in his tighty whities when he wears that hospital gown and why does Dallas have all his clothes on. Wouldn’t safety protocols require you keep your clothes on? Also those masks they where are meant to be connected to a tube that feeds something for you to breath, I used to use those for asthma. Why are they wearing it like it has filtering in them ?!😂
